Trio Beach, Saikung, Hong Kong
Take a boat from either Saikung or Pak Sha Wan piers to a Trio Beach. A stretch of sand with lifeguards, public toilets and showers, a light refreshment shop that also rents out beach umbrellas and other fun stuff. You can get there on foot and the path is mostly concrete through greenery and trees. Boats are frequent. Oh, no dogs allowed.

Beautifully clean beach and water.
Few people made the journey on a 28 degree C day.
HK$10 per single journey from Pak Sha Wan pier. Don't know how much it is from Saikung public pier. Frequent and a pleasant ten-minute trip.
Think this is an anti-shark net but could be to keep sea-litter out. The water is so clear.
